Hello to all of my friends!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have gradually put on more and more weight and have recently decided enough is enough.  I really enjoy my food and don't do much exercise so I decided that to motivate myself I would get sponsored to lose weight and get fit.

I aim to lose just under 3 stone ( approx 40lb) by the end of July 2011 and hopefully train to dance really well and appear on stage/in a show - to show off my new look!!!.  I am being monitored at the doctors and will keep you all up to date with my achievements! I will put photo's on here too.

The charity I have chosen to raise money for is the NICU Appeal at the Luton & Dunstable Hospital. - The Newborn Intensive Care Unit -

The average cost of one night's stay in NICU is £1,200 per baby which is why I have made this my target!
