Hi everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

A few of us at Jones Day have decided to run the Super Spartan Race (13 km of mud, hills, water and fire littered with over 25 obstacles) on 4 May 2019. We chose to do this not only following a brief lapse of sanity but also in order to support Contact the Elderly, a charity dedicated to tackling social isolation and chronic loneliness among older people. 

Contact the Elderly organizes free monthly social events where volunteers from all over the country get together with the elderly simply to spend some time with them, develop inter-generational friendships and hopefully help show often vulnerable and lonely people that they are not alone and that someone still cares.  

Any donation would be greatly appreciated and will go towards this fantastic cause that brings much needed care and happiness to people that are very often overlooked and forgotten.
