In November 2007 my daughter Mae was born 8 weeks premature - immediate support was available to us in the hospital from Bliss the only UK Charity that supports the 1 in 8 babies that are born too small, too sick or too soon.  Bliss is dedicated to making sure that not only do premature babies survive they also go on to have the best quality of life possible.

We were lucky and she's now a lively and healthy 20 month old toddler who runs rings around her parents.

I will never forget the support that we had from Bliss hence my commitment to running this Robin Hood half marathon, on September 13th, to raise vital funds for them.
