My partner Kat has recently been diagnosed with breast cancer. Her diagnosis has been a complete shock to us, and to our friends and family. We're in the throes of adjusting to the news, and finding our new normal, whilst Kat is gearing up for the fight.

I am running my first ever half marathon to raise money for the Pink Ribbon Foundation, to support people who are suffering from breast cancer and to help raise awareness of the disease.
