On September 19th 2010 I will be running the Great North Run to raise money for Cash for Kids.

Giving birth to Wilf in May emphasised to me how wonderful children are and how fortunate we are to have him.  This made me want to do something to help those that are not as fortunate as Wilf or just need a little bit more support, hence my madness in registering for the Great North Run.

Cash for Kids is a fantastic charity that supports thousands of children across the North East who suffer abuse and neglect, are disabled and have special needs or simply need that little extra bit of help and guidance.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe and they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer.
