Hi there!

Well, I'm back at it again! - Running the streets of London for a great cause..

This year has been quite tough, with the extremely looooong, cold, London winter & being second time round- the well travelled road of long runs has been hard to push through!.. but its almost time for the big day & I'm feeling pretty good! training is on track & spring seems to have arrived & long runs have become a joy! :)

Once again, I'm running for The Outward Bound trust- a brilliant charity that works with young kids to build self-confidence through discovery and adventure in the wild.  

The Trust is dedicated to unlocking the potential in young people and assisting them to understand what is truly achievable in life.. I really believe The Outward Bound Trust is a charity that is building a better future for young people and what better way to do this through exercise & outdoor activity!!! (hence why I think running 42k is a great way to raise money for The Outward Bound Trust :) )

Looking fwd to watching my charity-meter grow nice and tall!
