Tynedale Hospice at Home provide a valuable service delivering care to patients and their families at end of life. 

Professionally they enable me to support patients and families in their own homes.  

When we needed the support when our Mum was dying the care and support given to all of us was superb.  We can’t thank them enough for all they did. 

By paying for the trip ourselves all money raised goes to The Hospice. 

We will be doing various runs and fundraisers over the next 12 months all contributing to our fundraising.
