My Father sadly passed away very sudden at the end of Last year with an agressive form of lung Cancer.

It's still hard to believe he's not with us and each day there are little memories that come up about him.

His last days were spent in the Esher Princess Alice Hospice who looked after him with so much Love and Care and made him as comfortable as possible.

They also support our family and made coping with things easier.

Every  step running the marathon I will have him in with me and he will guide me through the last miles when all I'll want to do is stop.
