We provide emotional and financial support to construction workers and their families

Story

In July 2020 my brother Dominic, was working as a steeplejack, when he fell from height whilst working on a construction site. He received life changing injuries and is still undergoing further surgery.

Through no fault of his own, he went from being the main income provider to having to rely on Universal Credit to support his family.

The Lighthouse Club provided much needed mental health and financial support, by providing his family with food hampers.

My colleagues and I are completing the National Three Peaks Challenge to say thank you, and raise vital funds to help support others in need.

They are the only charity that provides mental, physical and financial wellbeing support to the construction community and their families.

Every day two people from the construction industry take their own life.

The Lighthouse Club provide a 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline which provides free and confidential support services and this is complemented by their free Construction Industry Helpline App which offers expert guidance on a huge variety of wellbeing issues. They also offer free mental health and wellbeing training for the construction community.

Please dig deep and help support this amazing construction charity. ❤️
