I have made the crazy decision to take part in the Milton Keynes Half Marathon on 1 May 2017. This will be the furthest I have ever run and I am hoping to complete it in under 2 and a half hours. 

I figured I may as well try to get something good to come from this silly idea so I am hoping to raise some money for The Henry Allen Trust. 

Dawn and Mark Allen set up the charity after their son Henry sadly passed away due to childhood cancer. They now help to make wishes come true for other children suffering from cancer and support families living with childhood cancer or the loss of a child. 

I am very lucky to know Dawn and she would do anything to help others and just wants to keep Henry's legacy going. I just hope to be able to raise some money to help her do this and make a little difference.
