Andy sadly passed away at home, aged just 53, on the 2nd August 2015. Having received treatment for CNS Lymphoma at both Walton Neurological Hospital and Aintree University Hospital, it was under the care of district nurses and St Rocco's nurses that he got to spend his final weeks at home with family. For this care we are eternally grateful and would like to invite you to donate in Andy's memory for this charity, who provide comfort and care for so many.
