Well, we're doing it again - getting all sweaty and red-faced (!) in the Adidas Womens 5k Challenge in an attempt to raise as much money as possible for the wonderful Helen Rollason Cancer Charity, who do such tremendous work to provide complementary therapies, counselling and support groups for cancer patients, their families, friends and carers.
