On Sunday 11^th April 2011, myself and my family will be climbing Mount Snowdon in Wales to raise money for Khalsa Aid. The climb should take us about 4-5 hours reaching heights of about 1085 metres.

 

Khalsa Aid is renowned for supporting countries worldwide in their time of need and disaster. Such disasters include; Haiti Earthquake – By providing people with clean water, medical clinique’s and orphanages. Focus Punjab - Which is a recent project Khalsa Aid have launched to raise the awareness of poverty, unemployment, drugs and alcohol abuse. Focus Punjab is helping to support people both financially and spiritually. Khalsa Aid is also supporting the most recent disaster, Japan Tsunami - By providing them with immediate assistance and helping to rebuild what they have lost.
