As you may have heard we are competing in Tough Guy at the end of July.  For more information on the race visit www.toughguy.co.uk but in short it will be both evil and painful.  While the main reason for entering this race was to get Keith's lazy ass off the sofa, we are also trying to raise money for the Ellenor Lions Hospice (www.ellanorlions.org).  The hospice does fantastic work caring for cancer sufferers and their families but unfortunately they simply don't have the funds to use all of the beds they have available.  Put simply, more money means more care.
