Olivia and I will be doing a 26km walk to raise vital funds for the Ménière's Society.

'My name is Kelly, I was diagnosed with Ménière's Disease in 2015, I was housebound for 18 months and wasn't allowed to go anywhere unaccompanied. My life changed completely, I didn't know if i was going to be able to get back to normal. 

5 years later and I am able to work, I have an amazing job as the fundraiser for the Ménière's Society! Best place to help people like myself!! I have lost most of my hearing on my left side, I get days where I can't move from the bed let alone walk. My balance is severely affected on my left side so the right compensates, a 26km walk will not be easy by any means.

I want to do this to show others there is hope, that we can do things if we put our mind to it, your life isn't over but yes you have to adapt. 

I would like to say a huge Thank you to the amazing supportive people around me, my family, my friends and of course the two people who are joining/supporting me in completing this challenge, Karl and Olivia! 

If you are able to help with donations that would be very appreciated! Due to the Coronavirus we have less people fundraising, without these donations we wont be around and that means no support for people like me, no research to help us and in turn people will end up isolated and confused about what is happening with nowhere to turn.
