I want to raise at least £1,500 for this charity. 

I will be cycling approximately 400 miles in India from 9^th February. This is a step up from the slow- paced, flat terrain, fair weather keen cyclist that I usually am.

I've taken off the basket, removed the handlebar tassles and lolly stick from the spokes to take this seriously - there are hills to be tackled...did I mention that!

HEAL currently has a number of projects including the Heal Children’s Village in Guntur and Paradise Village, currently under construction in Thotapalli, India and through these projects HEAL is working hard to provide homes, food, education and medical care for over 1,500 orphaned and underprivileged children. 

Any sponsorship from my lovely family, friends, colleagues and anyone who knows me will be really appreciated. I promise that I won’t bore you  with photos, unless you ask.
