We support children/young people in Salford to reach ambitions despite financial limits

Story

Poverty affects children and young people in many ways. A lack of family income limits life chances and opportunities for personal development and progression. Often, a small amount of money can make a big difference. The Salford Foundation Trust is a grant giving charity that helps children and young people aged 5-25 years living in Salford (minimum of 3 years) to develop their hobbies, interests, skills and talents. Limited family income is a barrier to opportunity and the main focus of the Trust is the removal of those barriers.
