I'm running the Birmingham Half Marathon to raise money for the Laurel Suite at Stepping Hill Hospital. They look after and support my best friends wife, Trudy. She has multiple cancers and the support and love they give can't be put in to words. 

They may be a small unit but the impact they have on peoples lives is massive.
