The Ear Foundation bridges the gap between state of the art hearing technology and living life. They help recipients of cochlear implants, particularly children, to live life and develop with their new sense. This is a really worthwhile charity that could easily get overlooked in these difficult times so please if you can help - a fiver, tenner or whatever you can spare will make all the difference.

I work with medical technology and have had the London Marathon in my sights for a while now but I will still undertake a vast amount of training to make sure I get round in my target of 5 hours 30 mins on the day (I'm going from casual road runner to endurance runner over 20 odd weeks!) so please support me and the Ear Foundation if you can!
