Story

Everyone and his dog seems to be doing 'Brave the Shave' while being stuck at home in isolation, but seeing as I've been shaving my head for 10 years I'm gonna go the other way.

So I've just come up with 'Grow with the Flow' - partly because I'm lazy and shaving my head weekly is really getting on my nerves, and partly because I want to see if it actually does still grow - and how grey it'll be if it does...

I hate having hair - it really irritates me and makes me seriously grumpy. The amount I have now - after just 9 days of not shaving - is already annoying me, but I'm not going to shave it off until we're out of isolation.

If anyone wants to sponsor me a few quid to do this, then the money will go to Royal Voluntary Service - who you might have seen recently on the news as the charity who are supporting NHS England with their new NHS Volunteers campaign. It's a fantastic charity and it looks after the older and most vulnerable people in society - and has been doing so since 1938.

Even if I can raise an extra fifty quid for them, the frustration of having hair and likely subsequent bad language will have been well worth it.

Thanks!
