I have not done much running before so this will be a challenge for me, but I'm getting out there and training for this on sunny and rainy days! Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated.

I'm raising money for The Southmead Project who offer free therapeutic and practical support to adults who were abused as children and have turned to drugs, alcohol and other ways of self harming as a consequence of that trauma.
