Heartless thieves have stolen a specially adapted pushchair belong to four year old Bailey who has cerebral palsy and is waiting to undergo life changing surgery at Great Ormond Street Hospital.

After returning home from a trip, organised by the make a wish foundation Baileys Mother discovered it was gone.
