Well guys, for those of you who know me, I dont do running! I have never ran in my life.... in fact I think I got out of a run at school as blamed it on an ear infection! I blame a lot of it on the fact that I have chicken legs and I run like a duck with my foot turned out! I inherited this from my beloved Grandmother - Nin - which is why I have decided to finally run for charity and for Marie Curie cancer in particular.

I will be running in the Manchester 10k on the 16th May 2010.

Hopefully it will give her a laugh up there....and for many others who can make it on the day. So not only is this going to be a massive achievement for me, but im also running for all of my friends and family who have experienced losing a loved one to cancer.

 

For those of you who can make it to Manchester on the day- I will be the beetroot blonde, most probably whinging and on the phone to daddy asking him to get me a taxi to the finish line!!!  Looking forward to seeing you for a winners pint in Dukes afterwards!
