I have decided to run in this years Manchester 10K (16th May 2010) with my aim at breaking the 1 hour barrier. I have decided to sponsor WWF which is:

• - the world’s leading independent environmental organisation;
• - a challenging, constructive, science-based organisation that addresses issues from the survival of species and habitats to climate change, sustainable business and environmental education;
• - a charity dependent upon its five million supporters worldwide - some 90 per cent of our income derives from voluntary sources.

I have set a target of £200 so I hope you have some spare cash to sponser me.
