Hi there!

Just to give you an update, I'm proud to say that I managed to complete the Flora London Marathon in 4 hrs 36 mins 53 secs on Sunday 22nd April. It was a fantastic sunny day, occasionally hot, but there was plenty of water stops so wasn't too bad.
