We have set ourselves the challenge of climbing Scafell Pike, the highest mountain in England. We will be completing the climb in February, so the hike will be particularly tough due to the adverse winter weather conditions; with lots of snow, ice and freezing temperatures which will feel as low as -16 at the summit.

In addition to the climb being a fantastic challenge, we would like to use the opportunity to raise awareness and money for Great Yarmouth and Waveney Mind, which could help them to provide better services and support to people in our local area .

Approximately 1/4 people suffer from a mental health problem and private treatment for mental health concerns such as anxiety and depression can be very expensive, therefore charities like Mind are key to ensuring everyone has an opportunity to be supported and helped to feel happier and healthier again. 

We would really appreciate any donations (no matter how small), helping us make this experience even more rewarding by contributing to such a fantastic cause.
