Some of you may know I took part in this event a few years ago and loved it. I now need a motivation and challenge to kick start my running. 

 I have been lucky enough to have been given lots of opportunities over the years, and have a large support network of friends and family I can count on. So many don't have this, and as children and young people they are not receiving the support they need to make good life choices. Surrey Care Trust help people return to a positive lifestyle and provide opportunities to develop skills to turn their lives around. I've always felt strongly about helping to 'break the cycle' of disadvantage and is one reason I feel so passionately about the work I do with children. Please help by donating what you can.
