Hey!!

Thanks for visiting our fundraising page! We are heading to Tanzania on 29 June 2010 where we will begin the ascent of the biggest free standing mountain IN THE WORLD at 5895m!! Yes, you have guessed it - Kilimanjaro! We will be using the less travelled Machame Route and our path takes us from the base of this huge dormant volcano, over moorland and rocky trails to the glaciers at the summit.

The climb, although challenging, will be made a whole lot easier knowing that we will be raising at least £8,000 for the Ulster Cancer Foundation.

The reality is scary!! - 1 in 3 people will suffer from cancer at some stage in their lives. That's why we need to support charities like the Ulster Cancer Foundation who rely on the support of people like us who fundraise, and people like you who help by making donations.

The Ulster Cancer Foundation have contributed £11 million to cancer research in addition to providing support for cancer patients and their families.

So all we can say is please please please........... dig deep.......... and help us reach our goal in raising at least £8,000 for this really worthy cause!
