So I've made the mental decision to enter the Shrewsbury Seven Bridges 10k Race on Sunday 21st September! I'm not much of a runner but I wanted to set myself a challenge this summer and support the MS society at the same time. MS is a cruel, incurable disease that my mum has to endure everyday, so if she battle MS for a lifetime then I can battle a 10k for just one day!
