Story

I'm taking on the challenge of running up and down every stairway in Vicarage Road Stadium!I'm doing all this to raise money for Watford FC Trust's Shape Up programme - an adult weight management programme run for free to local peopIe

I want to be fit and healthy to see my kids grow up! this programme kick started that journey with great support and  with a amazing group of guys who are all there for each other.

This money will help fund others on that journey.
