On Sunday 18th July 2010 I will be joining thousands of other people on the 59 mile bike ride back to Southend from London.

I know its hard times for some people so I have left my target low, but if you can spare a few pounds for this wonderful charity, that would be great and at least it will make me having a sore bottom a bit more worthwhile!!
