Emma and I are participating in A 7 Day Great Wall of China Trek in October in aid Of Action Cancer.   This is a charity close to my heart.  It will be a major personal challenge for me as I have a horrendous fear of heights!!!!!!

There are currently 40,000 people in Northern Ireland living with cancer.  Action Cancer is Northern Ireland's leading local charity and exists to support those people as well as their families through many services, all the money raised stays within Northern Ireland.
