Well, I said never again yet here we are! On the 9th September we will be lacing up our trainers and making our way along the iconic great North run route for a wonderful charity.  It's also the only way we can (guilt free) get a weekend away from our kids! 

Brook are a charity you may not have heard of but they have been working with young people for 50 years, helping them to get access to information and support regarding that most awkward of subjects! As parents we hope to always be able to talk openly to our kids about anything but we also understand there are many kids who aren't in the same situation.
