In lockdown I started cycling and am taking on the Coast to Coast cycle of England challenge. We are cycling from Whitehaven to Whitley Bay across the country, starting on the west coast and the Irish Sea and arriving on the east coast and North sea. A total of 135 miles in 3 days. 

I have chosen the Manchester Mayors charity as it helps a variety of people and Greater Manchester is a place like no other.  Our Mayor has stepped up for us and I want to do the same in my own way.  We have a reputation for helping each-other out in Manchester. We’re all feeling the impact of the crisis right now, the measure of our greatness is how we look after those unable to look after themselves and at this critical point in time that seems more relevant than ever.
