Thanks for taking the time to visit my Just Giving page.  I have done various runs over the last few years ranging from 10k runs  to a recent half marathon for a range of charities and on behalf of or in memory of a number of special people. some with us and some sadly passed.  

This is the big 1 for me.  It will take a huge effort but 1 that I'm not phased by.  This run is in memory of Charlie Davies, a local boy who my youngest son (Matthew) used to go to school with and was 1 of his best friends. A young man that had health problems all of his life but always kept a smile on his face.  Charlie was suddenly taken from his family, friends and the community earlier this year and it touched me just how everyone came together to give Charlie 1 of the best send offs I have ever witnessed.  This run is to remember Charlie and to recognise what a strong community we do live in.
