Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We will be walking the West Highland Way Milngavie - Fort William (97 miles) in 5 days, starting on 11th July to raise money for the Jenna Moriarty Foundation.

A bit about our chosen charity:

The Jenna Moriarty Foundation provides essential mental health services to children and young people in need. We are a Scottish charity that operates in Glasgow, Ayrshire and across the west of Scotland. We work with teachers, GP's and mental health professionals on the front line of our countries mental health crisis, offering grants and funding directly to families and the men and woman able to identify and support the most vulnerable members of our community when they need it most.

At a time when waiting lists for counselling and treatments have grown unmanageable, and expensive private practice is the only option of support for many families, we believe that every young person who needs a hand, should get it, regardless of their postcode or income.

We know we're not alone in that belief, and we need your help! This is a fight that will take all of our efforts; we need every single person who believes that Scotland's children and young adults deserve the opportunity to live a life where their mental wellbeing is valued needs to join our effort today.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
