Story

What are we doing?

Sophie and I are cycling across Aberdeenshire from Deeside to Donside. It is a personal challenge but we thought it was a good opportunity to raise money for the Joshua Nolan Foundation, which Eilidh is involved with. This route is 100 miles long. It will be my first 100 mile bike ride!

About the Joshua Nolan Foundation

Two people end their lives in Scotland every day. That’s more than the amount who die on Scotland’s roads in traffic accidents. UK wide suicide is the biggest killer of men between 20 and 49. And that’s even more than cancer and heart disease. Every suicide is a preventable tragedy. The Joshua Nolan Foundation's aim is to reduce these numbers by helping to fund quality counselling sessions for those who desperately need it, whilst also improving awareness of the issue and the support available.
