Staffordshire Women's Aid is a charitable and voluntary organisation that has been supporting women and children living with, fleeing or recovering from the impact of domestic and sexual violence.

The support and training they provide is vital in helping
those at risk find safety, supporting them through court proceedings and enabling them to progress with the future. Two women are killed each week in the UK by Domestic Violence and at least 1 in 4 women will experience Domestic Violence in their lifetime. These shocking statistics show that the support this charity provides is essential.

Charity funding is an important part of raising money for a good cause. They rely on donations in order to carry out any charitable projects that they have planned, such as enabling a new refuge to open. Without these, they would not be able to do the work that they do and many people in need would not benefit.
