On 17th July, me, our Kieran, my brother in law Chris and cousin Kevin will be running ‘Man vs Lakes’, a 32 MILE run through various terrain in the Lake District 😱 It starts in Morecambe Bay and ends in Coniston.  Crossing quicksand, climbing mountains and swimming lakes along the way!

As part of this challenge, we have decided to try and raise money for Cerebral Palsy - The Brain Charity, a cause dear and close to our hearts.

Cerebral Palsy is a neurological disorder, affecting 1 in every 400 babies born in the UK each year.  It affects the persons mobility, speech, ability to maintain posture and everyday life.  

By supporting this Liverpool based charity, we are helping them to offer emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their family, friends and carers.
