The three of us have entered the 2009 mazda London Triathlon as part of the Santander Team on behalf of Help the Hospices.

We've decided to do the Olympic distance as a team, so will be doing one leg each.

Alex (who replaces Natalie who unfortunately had to pull out) will be starting us off swimming 1.5km in the Thames, followed by Libby cycling 40km then finishing with Mark who will be running 10km.

Every penny we raise will be going to Help the Hospices. Hospices aim to provide the best possible care to people living with and dying from a terminal illness. The care they provide extends beyond the patient to supporting family and close friends and is done so free of charge. Hospice care changes lives,. Any donations you make through this page will be going to a fantastic charity.
