The latest Sport Active People survey showed that a staggering 93% of disabled people do not take part in regular sport. We believe the time is right to move forward with this current momentum in this ‘decade of sport’ to build a specific sporting legacy for disabled people.

Disability Sport Events (DSE) is a small Manchester based charity who organise regional, national and international championships in a variety of sports such as swimming and athletics. Their work starts with schools and clubs and they develop, support and encourge disabled people to take part in sport.
