SBH Scotland is the only Scottish Charity that supports everyone affected by Spina Bifida and/or Hydrocephalus across Scotland.We provide intensive one to one support to all our individuals to make sure they live the highest quality of life possible. We support over 3500 individuals including parent and carers each year and we have to raise over £1 million each year to do this . 

Along with my daughter and friends , I wanted to take on a new challenge .  My Nephew Irving has Spina Bifida and often travels from Orkney for regular appointments. He is such an inspiration and will give anything a go , therefore I’m going out of my comfort zone to try something new, those of you who know me know I love a challenge , so I am secretly a little excited !! Irving Im sure will be proud of his Aunty Lil and her team , please get behind us and help raise much needed funds for a great cause X
