On 29th August, I'm going to do "Lap the Lough", an 87 mile cycle round Lough Neagh, the biggest lake in Britain and Ireland.

I've been training all year for sprint triathlons so this is quite a jump in terms of distance! I'm hoping to raise a bit of cash for local charity, Aware Defeat Depression, whose mission is to reduce stigma, increase understanding, support people and exert influence for change.
