I am participating in the Y3P challenge in July 2019. I would like to complete this challenge as part of my journey in recovering from poor mental health. I am a big believer that good physical health impacts positively on your mental state. I have come along way thanks to the help and support I have received. This challenge is a positive focus for me personally, and in return I would like to raise money to help a small charity that goes along way in helping and supporting all professionals in the education sector.
