As most of you know I'm 50 on 17th October & as you may know, my dad will celebrate his birthday the day before. A few years ago he had a major stroke from which he recovered very well but each birthday since then I consider it very luckly that he's still here to celebrate with me.

For this reason, I've decided that should you decide that you'd like to give me a present I'd be very grateful if you'd donate that present to the Stroke Association so that in the future as many daughters (& sons) as possible can share their birthdays with their dads (& mums).
