In partnership with the RAFA club Age Concern Eastbourne would like to put on a New Year Days lunch for those who are alone in the New Year. The funding will ensure that we can provide a two course lunch at the RAFA club and also provide transport for those who may need a wheelchair or Zimmer frame and therefore unable to attend other lunches over the Xmas period. Age Concern staff have already given their support and will be helping out on the day. 

Loneliness is a terrible thing and to provide this lunch will make such a difference to those who spend the Xmas/new year period alone.
