Home from Home (HfH) is a charity whose goal is to protect and love some of the most vulnerable children in the Western Cape., through their network of small family foster homes. 

HfH is made up of dedicated social workers, foster mums and support staff, all of whom are committed to loving, protecting and raising the vulnerable children in their care. The HfH belief is that by providing a nurturing and stable 'family' environment, these children can learn to overcome their pasts and become independent, happy and productive adults.
