I first became involved with the Samson Centre for MS over twelve years ago as the centre offered great support to my close friend, Fleur.  I had known Fleur since we were in our mid twenties when she had been very active and a particularly good tennis player.  After she was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, I saw her deteriorate over the years until she had to rely on being pushed around in a wheelchair.  Very sadly, Fleur passed away several years ago but, I have kept involved with the centre and its great work and I am now a trustee.  

Each autumn, I hold a charity shopping event in aid of the centre.  Unfortunately, I was not able to process the last two years' donations through this particular Justgiving page so they were paid direct to the Samson Centre. 

The centre gets no government support and relies on generous donations like yours so, I am extremely grateful for your contribution.
