I lost my 45 year old husband to this rare disease for which there is no treatment nor cure. I would like to raise funds to help improve the lives of other sufferers and hope that more can be learnt about the disease so people can live long healthy lives and not leave their loved ones behind.

Amit had ulcerative colitis which hadn't flared in years and is responsible for the damage to his bile duct and liver. 

A liver transplant is the only option once the disease progresses and sadly Amit died before he could have his assessment for one.

Patients need regular medical check ups to monitor PSC as it can progress quickly sympton free.

UPDATE: I can't believe the target was reached in 2 days. A big thank you to everyone that has donated and also to those of you that have read up on PSC. I will keep the page open as targets can be surpassed. I've increased the target to £2000.
