Hi

Myself and 3 friends, who all work on credit control at Msc Uk, are abseiling down the 150ft maternity block of Ipswich Hospital on Saturday 10th July 2010, in aid of St. Elizabeth's Hospice.

I have never abseiled before and so I hope I live to tell the tale and decide if I would like to do it again.  I'm a bit concerned as Mark is talking about taking out extra life insurance on me.  Better double check the ropes before I go off the edge!

It costs £11 per minute to run St. Elizabeth's Hospice, so every penny counts.  The dedication of the staff and volunteers who work there is truly remarkable, having seen this first hand.
